Interesting if he is being investigated although there must be little they can do unless he is taking money. Good to see the media calling him out
It is his welfare that matters most. It is not about cash.

Well they will have to sit him out for a while and compensate the club. If they try and force the hand of the club to release him it will be open season and every player that wants to leave will claim they have mental welfare issues to get out of their contract. It's not really a welfare issue if you have a tantrum because you can't get your way

It'd be interesting to see what Whatuira and Halatau would have to say about proceedings...

It was a tongue in cheek comment. Moses has been a huge disappointment. I look forward to the day we move him on and replace him with a player of better disposition.

What rubbish - maybe he can go for a bit of rehab in Thailand - NRL players seem to come back better after a stint over there.

No problems. I'm very disappointed in Moses and Tedesco as most supporters would be.

The issue of mental health has now been tabled, so the Tigers, as his employer have an obligation to his duty of care,

Stand him down indefinitely so he can deal with his issues without the distraction of football.

Problem solved

Followed by the statement by the manager that MM needs football in his life.....

Yeah, but that also hands him to parra in perfect nick. Let him get belted I say, and further erode his character through insipid performances

Yep - I have steadfastly supported these two but they are starting to make it very difficult.
There are lessons to be learned about the position the NRL finds itself in as far as the breaking of contracts go. This situation wouldnt be an issue if contracts were binding - the way it stands now any player is fair game up to June 30 and can make it very difficult for their clubs if they want out
Similary clubs can tap players on the shoulder to accomodate others. Supporting a team just isnt what it used to be.

If he is not coping emotionally and is playing badly in first grade then he has to be dropped. It's a simple solution really and Cleary has to make that decision now. JT had the guts to drop Farah last season because he wanted a different structure in the team and Farah wasn't even playing that badly!

I really can't understand why Cleary is persisting with Moses, as he is clearly (intentionally or unintentionally) hindering the team's performance. I want us to bloody win Ivan, so PLEASE pick the players who are in the right mental & physical state to give their very best on the field.

Moses and his manager should be very careful if they want to play the mental health card.

Anybody who has remotely suffered knows there is no quick fix.

Sit him out for the year to deal with his "demons."
