Have sources in the club telling me that this bloke is killing it at training, and don’t be surprised if he’s starting fullback for the season ahead over Tui.

one of my mates whos a huge dogs fan rates the guy massivley. says he was criminally under rated. deceptivley quick, great finisher and very safe hands. kinda been forgotten amongst the 'bigger name' signings but i think he'll see first grade this year.

Yes, not too bad, but I could be wrong.

Agreed. I think Lolohea deserves first start, but if Thompson can perform and apply the pressure, then we're all the better for it.

I said a while ago that I couldn’t understand that no one was rating this bloke. Very good footballer imo and the fact that he is pushing for at top 17 spot is not surprising to me.

If Tui is not a better FB than this bloke - we are in big trouble...

Tui has a mortgage on the FB spot - believe me KS.

He is a winger who can play fullback and is a very good goal kicker.

No one should have a mortgage on any spot really..

He killed it when he had a chance to fill for an injury at the dogs.

I was surprised that he couldn't get an nrl gig.

Great finisher and kick returner despite his size.

When we first put him on the books, I stated a good all round signing for the back line. Played his last season, in the UK as a winger & fullback with Widnes. He is in the same stature as Matt Utai. Yes he can kick goals. But i was shot down as only a reggie’s player, Good luck Corey, I think you will be in the starting 17 before a lot of other supporters had you there. If tui doesn’t cut it a walk up start.
