He’s a toiler. Not a star, but not every player in the side can be. Don’t get the lovefest. Deep down, I don’t think his fan club have him up on that high of a pedestal that he’s made out to occupy.
Theyre fanboys.
They think he is cute.

Still has nothing onn the FWO.
And the sky is filled with light, can you see it?
And the black is really white, if you believe it.
And the longing that you feel, you know none of this is real;
You will find a better place, in this twilight...

Cuando llegue el día, y estoy parado a las puertas del cielo, será Dios pidiendo mi perdón...

Pretty true, never going to be a NRL star, just a toiler.

How dare you refer to him as “average”
This week he’ll kill it as a starting 2nd rower. He will leave Josh Jackson laying in the dust.
Ivan "Billy Beane from Moneyball" Cleary!

For what it's worth, Chee Kam was one of the most chased talents as a junior.

He has really stepped up this year. His 2018 stats have him:

- Offloading 10x more than Rochow and more than double the next forward (Matulino).

- Second in line breaks

(stats above are calculated based on minutes played).

A starting spot in the 2nd row this weekend is well deserved.

We haven't really played with a quick, big, skillful forward this year. I think he will cause the dogs a few headaches.

IM astounded that anyone with eyes would call him a toiler.

We have lacked spark this year and he is one of the few that has it.

IM stoked to see him starting and his footwork at the line will cause headaches for the opposition for sure.

He has been one of our best this year.

I think he is going well and fully deserves his run on spot. big improver this year and happy to see him pressing the other back rowers for positions.
"Bleeding Gold Black and White" to the end.

He has been good off the bench the issue i have is the label of BEAST. ..

That he is not...

I would also question at how many other Clubs would Chee-Kam be a starting back rower or even player

He's a Beast mate , just accept it !
Guaranteed a spot in firsts each week leaving Sue , Mqueen , Rochow and that other hack Aloiai to fight it out !
We love the Beast and Ivan loves the Beast !
You can either keep stewing :bawling
Or get onboard ?!

Just because some of us don't fawn all over him, doesn't mean we don't rate him. To me he's alright, but is worthy of such sycophantic adoration? Its way OTT.

Compare him to the bloke he replaced.

Who unlike MCK does not have footwork,an offload in traffic and good footwork.

Compared to him he is a BEAST!

Rochow is the defeintion of a toiler......MCK is the opposite of that.
