So I saw this thread had grown to 6 pages and thought - must be some news. So I’ve just wasted 15 minutes of my life learning that no one on this forum has a flying fig what the meeting was about😜

Beattie looking for his ring.
Had his head in it for years - never had trouble finding it before.

So the club posts images of the board meeting with Beattie but provides no info on it?

the images came from Peter Beattie's twitter account ..not sure WT posted anything also not sure if organisations make public what is discussed at board meetings..

Just had a scroll through WT twitter nothing posted by them about last nights Board meeting..

Wouldnt board meetings be held as a standard thing and organised in advance ie at the closing of the previous board meeting.
Or was this an extraordinary meeting?

I actually think that it is very unprofessional of Beattie to be giving hints as to what was discussed at the board meeting. It wasn’t a public meeting.

FYI..Beattie has told the Tigers if they relocate to Perth he will give them the same salary cap as the Chooks and throw in a centre of excellence and there is more..he promised that in future all 50.50 calls will go their way and will except Nathan Clearys contract from the cap

The board are going to think about, they did say they could compromise and play a few home games over there when they are not in NZ Tamworth or ANZ

An earlier rumour on here earlier in the week said Cleary was meeting Brian Kelly’s manager last evening

Kelly would be handy. Need to introduce a bit of competition into the backs again.

Doubt Manly would release Kelly before the end of the season. They are struggling to find 17 fit players at present
