So now the Nathan Cleary thread gone as well?

Post by philgood » Tue 02 Oct, 2018 10:06 am

First Ivan cleary thread gets shut down, then Nathan cleary thread gets shut down. Is this forum becoming a dictatorship?

Seriously what are tigers supporters supposed to discuss? The weather

No just don't get into a personal slanging match with other members, like what happened with both the Cleary's threads.

Best thing that could of happened , Nathan wasn't going to win us a premiership

As the Roosters have proven again , defence wins premiership

Conceded two tries in 3 games , one of which was a intercept in a dead game

Nathan has signed with the Panfers - why do we want to talk about a player that is not off contract for 6 years?

01/10/2018 The NRL Lurker: Wests Tigers hand Ivan Cleary contract ultimatum
If you're in, you're in. If you're out? Well then.

The drama over Ivan Cleary’s future at Wests Tigers continues to bubble along. I’m hearing that the Tigers want to extend Cleary’s contract beyond the end of next season - and have told him that if doesn’t agree, he can look elsewhere for a job in 2019. It’s a tense standoff - the Tigers know Cleary wants out to coach son Nathan at Penrith the first chance he gets. So they are trying to force his hand while he is still a contracted employee, offering him an extension for another two years. But the club knows Cleary is unlikely to accept the deal, and that leaves the Tigers with a dilemma. If Cleary does walk, they are looking at either ex-Souths coach Michael Maguire or former Manly coach Geoff Toovey to fill the role.

Because the Ivan Cleary thread got shut down. All of that discussion had moved into the Nathan Cleary thread.

Be careful mate, that's some interesting thought provoking information pertaining to us Tigers supporters. Thread might get shut down.

I agree. Time to re sign Luke Brooks before other clubs start circling

I agree with you in that i would rather the club pay 600-750k for Luke Brooks than a million for Cleary. As shown this year Brooks is a very capable defender

Well you certainly can't discuss the topic at hand.
