Id put Nofo and Thompson down as set and forget.

Hopefully they play every round
x 2. They should be lock-ins on the wings.

If anything, I feel it would be more likely for him to be a little concerned about Maguire's job security here, rather than personal or team motivation or efforts. Which you couldn't really blame him for. As much as us fans have suffered, can you imagine what the players actually feel?
The only worrying thing I read in the article was the following - and more specifically the first word.
"Coaches and players come and go but as long as the vision is true to what we’re trying to build – which is a club we want to be proud of..."

Not sure about his comment in regards to Maguire.
"Its the first year so there's no pressure on him".

Its sums up the perceived culture of the club, looking for reasons/excuses.

We didnt make the 8 but we had a new coach.
In for a rude shock Mr Nofa if that’s the case.
Trust me the dead wood will voluntarily leave once they get a dose of Madge.
That sounds fantastic!

No I like him good player and nice guy.
Madge is hard Line players not giving 100 won’t want to be there.

Noffa never shirks doing those hard meters getting the team on the front foot.
He and Esan are two really great players on kick returns.
Noffa's a keep for me.
