Ctown stadium PA

Unread post by GNR4LIFE » Sun 06 Mar, 2016 7:46 pm

I mentioned this in another thread, but I think it deserves it's own thread. It's a disgrace for an NRL ground. There's 2 speakers on one light tower and that's it. It's unacceptable in 2015. Don't know why they bother trying to interact with the crowd over the PA, you can't even hear anything.

Leichhardt has been the same over the year.

The scoreboard and the clock were not even working yesterday.

It would fall onto the council wouldn't it, not the club?

That looked like a back up for the failed electronic clock.

Scorebaord was stuck on 4-0 whilst we were 6-0 for 5 minutes.

The PA worked well for the halftime Neil Diamond Karaoke :roll

That was nearly as good as the Optus TV in 97 GF!!!!

What a spectacular way to entertain 10,000 people

PA was ok I guess, you don't really need audio anyway. My issue was that the NRL bunker view doesn't translate to the stadium screen at all. It reduces the replay to a postage stamp in the corner.
