As an Under7 kid I got to play there at half time a couple of times. It was in the days before mini-football fields. Would have been funny to watch little kids on a big oval. My mate scored a try and it got announced over the PA. we talked about it for months. 38 years later I can still remember it like yesterday

Love your confidence Maxxy. :) Let's hope the boys do us proud!

Im as settimental as they come, but this post is from the pragmatist in me.

I dont feel that LO or CSS give the tigers an advantage anymore.

the NRL and indeed the world has changed now.

The days of the hill are gone,

I think we need to settle on good facilities in a geographically favorable location that encourages attendance. The more screaming Tigers fans the better.

Don't know which thread to stick this question In?

What is the weather in Sydney doing? What is the forecast for tonight?
It depends who you talk to on this Forum, if you are Optimistic? it's because your delusional and need a reality check. If you are Pessimistic? Your accused of being a negative Nancy and to go and follow another Club.

The weather man is forecasting 26 and cloudy with isolated showers for Sydney. Low 20s for this evening. Chance of a thunderstorm.
On my part of the world, it's sunny and humid FT.
Hope that helps. :)

That's a very old theory that doesn't exist in the modern game.
In the modern game (last 7 years) it averages out to 3.77 points advantage to the home side.

The crowd were awesome. Apparently just under 12000 but felt like 15k+.

Absolutely. Long may it be so. And, Campbelltown too. I thought the crowd was amazing. My amateur pick was around 14000 so I was surprised with the official number. But.....a great night had by all. Well done boys!!!!

Not many Monday nights games this year will have a crowd and atmosphere like that.
