I wonder if Aloiai could run wide and give Brooks some options. He's certainly got the size for denting the line, not sure about his hands, but he needn't just take hitups.

After watching him in the Melbourne Trial, he was very very impressive and hasnt taken a backward step. Runs good lines and will poke his head through more on the edges.

Once Taylor gets the chance, I'd send him back to NSW Cup for 1-2 weeks to freshen him up, but that's purely to protect him and give him a spell due to his age.

Great Pick-Up!

He can hit also... Could be a good protector?

Totally agree on Aloiai. Big future. We really missed Grant after he was ruled out for rest of the game.

He's been solid but hard to see too much when he plays so few minutes. It really is hard to understand how those that play well get punished, and those who are anonymous play the full 80.

And while he's wide, he's certainly no giant. Like most of our back row, short and nuggety. Will struggle to wrap up opposition forwards who are bigger.
