Been thinking for a while he could go good at 9. I would be playing him off the bench at hooker. He also covers every position in the backline in of injury.

With all due respect.
It's about the team Vibe, you must know about the Vibe,
Our Vibe is better when Rankin is in the team
The other reason may be that Rankin drops off a brown paper bag at Taylors step on Monday morning, but I haven't been able to confirm that. Taylor s too quick to grab it :o

Don't know what else to say about Rankin other than what's already been said. Not a first grader... Shouldn't be in the starting 17.... Speed of a snail...
I cannot understand why JT plays him.
Tigers tragic since 1980.

I'm assuming Ado Carr aside we've got no other options given we've shot our second tier load already. So I assume Hunt isn't a possibility.

Wasn't his best game, but Addo-Carr can be as much of a liability as Rankin.

Hunt has already played without any special dispensation, so he should be fine.

He's the very opposite of Moltzen. Rankin has plenty of ticker but lacks speed and skill, whereas Moltz....

He has been becoming pedestrian at late
i'f i was him and looking for another contract i'd really be digging in, not making as many errors as he is starting to.

Never saw the fuss in him, took half a season to warm up to him being average at best but with each poor performance he is starting to frustrate me

Didnt he have a few run ins with Ava
whilst i like his ability in the one game i watched i wasnt sold.

Might be completely wrong but wont be surprised he is bit of a trouble maker.
Something about him

As far as I know, he has never played on the wing in his short career. I would love to see what he could do playing in his right position.

Justin Hunt is a proven NRL winger who can also kick goals - he would've been a far better option to groom into first grade this season, but no, even with three quarters of the season gone, JT has persisted with the Rankin on the wing experiment even though it has been an obvious failure - I just don't get it.
I feel you. Rankin is a hearty player. I really like him. But he shouldn't have been there in the first place. He's not a winger.
Extremely frustrated fan. Try not to let my negativity get to you.

You can add Edwards to that list. I don't understand why MCK is resigned (so he must be part of their future plans), but doesn't get an opportunity even though he seems up to the level(although I admit I don't see a lot of 1st grade).

Lovett has been very good for most of this year, yesterday was not his best game and yes Rankin is not a winger but would make a handy no14 if you were to break from a 4 forward bench.

Geez, he's been put in reserves almost the whole year and he's a love child?

The games I have seen of him this year he hardly deserves to be there either.

Rankin does not belong on the wing and that's as simple as it gets......
