Winning a game with 68% completion. Massive.

Lawrence had a bit of a clanger by the sounds of it

Good to see Farah stepping up with Benji a bit quieter today.
Our defence is a concern. I think we also need to get more value from our number 7. He wasnt very involved this week and that makes it two weeks in a row. I am a bit overly critical of the bloke (mainly to balance out the hysteria here) but an objective analysis says we need more from him.

We do need Moltzen to step up a little.

Marshall was contained today for the most part but Farah took up the slack. If both are controlled we need another prong to the fork

most teams are the same at this stage of the year, imo the storm played like crap there first 3 games as well
Yes, but if we gift Melbourne or St George an 18 point lead (22-4), they'll go on and give us a proper thrashing, not a 13+ win.
yep but hopefully by than we can put a full 80 together

Moltzen is not a concern in the slightest IMO. Marshall and Farah are our playmakers. He will never be a dominant half, he's a ballrunner.

He has the ability to playmake within the backrowers though. I would like to see it a bit more.

Not being critical but looking forward to when we face the better teams and his talents may be of real value from a ball playing standpoint

So Tim is allowed to be a passenger but Lui isnt   We will be a much better side if Tim can fire up.

When has Lui not been a passenger?

Lui is not ready for FG yet. Another season in State Cup and then we will see.

I am not disputing that Hybrid. My whole point has been that the criticisms of Lui can equally be applied to Moltzen. Tim needs to step up badly IMHO.

Anyway, top win and I am a happy man.

See I disagree. He doesn't need to step up "badly." Bit quiet today yes, but all he needs to really do is perhaps kick in general play a few times to take some pressure of Farah and Marshall, and as Smeg said link up with our backrow a bit more.

That bar is a bit low for me, but fair enough.

not now but if he doesnt step up by round 10 i wouldnt keep him there, you need your 1,6,7,9 to fire against the top teams

What a win!!, I had Tigers 13+ in that one,
could not believe that Beauu scored that try at the end haha.
Fifita is a gun, handles the Raiders forward pack with ease today and will never loose his spot again!
Go the Tigers!! :D

Fifita had a great second 40. Townsville is his acid test from my POV and I hope he comes through it with flying colours.

I think Flanagan again showed enough with ball skills and Liam had crisp DH pasing to mean we no longer need a back on the bench.

Interesting that Marshall seemed more hesitant and arm grabby in defence more than last week. Might be close to full recovery and not wanting to re-injure
