Re: Sell Out?

Only problem is the 3pm Saturday timeslot as many kids and some adults have sport and semi finals on this weekend as I am 1 of them and would be going if we didn't have our soccer semi final on at the same time.

I will have to record it and have a media blackout on the way home.

Hopefully it will be a sell out, this game will be a huge factor in who will make the finals. The bigger the crowd the better our chances are.

Anything less than 15k would be an absolute disgrace. That's the bare minimum this week.

Should be aiming for about 18k.

Winning team, drawcard player on the opposition, good weather.

Going back to answer this

14 August 2005 Ground Record 20,527 Wests Tigers Vs North Queensland

Source : http://www.campbelltown.nsw.gov.au/RSF/ ... iumHistory
Yes, the record is 20,527 in 2005, Rd 23. Other big crowds we have got there were:
19,901 - 2010, Rd 8 vs Roosters
19,252 - 2011, Rd 16 vs Bulldogs
18,669 - 2004, Rd 16 vs Roosters
18,474 - 2006, Rd 23 vs Raiders

Biggest crowd there vs Titans was 14,378 in 2011, Rd 25.
I've been a member since 2012. We last played finals football in 2011. Just saying...

my Parra mate claims that the NRL blocked Hayne from going to Parra due to clearance issues but the next day allowed him to go to Titans a fully owned NRL club - reckons there is ducks and drakes going on.
Malcolm Knox: What has happened this week is a pity for the Tigers, a pity for Jason Taylor and a pity for Robbie Farah, who had achieved more than the Big Four put together but was somehow turned into collateral damage. (SMH 25-26 March, 2017)

Well train is really easy because CSS is right next to Leumeah station but it might take a little while to get away if there's a big crowd. There's quite a lot of parking at the Leumeah Station car park too if you're driving, or around the streets there (it's a semi-industrial area). You might have to walk 10 minutes or so to the ground though.

There is a parking at Leumeah stn (about 1000 lots) with a short walk over the bridge to CSS. Probably best to get there early if your thinking of driving however it can be a bit slow to get out as there is only one exit from memory.
Train might be a better option but would pay to check how often they run after the game. Could be quite a crowd trying to get on.
There is also limited parking around the stadium.

Best to come for all 3 grades then visit the club after the game for a meal and drinks. Will help beat the crowds.

Agree. If we had another Sydney team playing against us we might go close to 20k, but 15k would be a good turnout. Should make plenty of noise and make for a great atmosphere.

Previous games against the Titans have seen a decent amount of their fans turn up.
Saturday afternoon, both teams winning, the local boy hayne factor and the last Campbelltown ggame for the year will see a good crowd.

First time in a long time I'm actually pumped to go to a game!
