If Titans win on Saturday, we would then be able to play Liddle.

That's interesting. Imagine the meltdown if he got picked ahead of Farah in round 26.

I'd be happy for Liddle to play round 26 !

Why play Farah ?
The seasons done , if I were Farah I wouldn't give Taylor the satisfaction of playing .

It would be a slap in the face for Farah to play now the seasons over .

My answer before the Panthers game about the 'Does Farah Come in? thread was no and my answer is still no. He was demoted because of his ball hogging, slow service out of dummy half and likely tendency to inhibit Brooks and Moses. Also, it's patently obvious that there's a personality clash between Taylor and Farah and, therefore, team chemistry is better without him. I believe this was the right decision and the team's development is better off without Robbie, experience or no experience. It's sad that a club icon has to finish this way and miss playing his 250th game at Leichhardt but I can't see him coming in, despite the fact we clearly need a second hooker in the squad. If Liddle can get another chance - excellent!

He can only play NRL with special dispensation. These would include injuries to all hookers in the top 25 or when matches have no bearing on finals.

....and actually I did just look at the ladder again. If Titans win, Warriors and Wests can still make the 8 on f/a, although very unlikely.

yup, so i assume youre only talking about 'matches having no bearing on finals' since the titans have to win for us to be able to play him

but if the titans win, they are in contention for the finals - right?

As I understand, it not just whether teams can make the 8, but also their position in the 8. No Liddle.

Liddle would only become available if Cherrington came down with Farah's Virus..

people seemed to have missed josh Addo-Carr not playing FG again this year according to the Torch...I'm sure it was him getting pushed back 15m a few times last Friday...

Sterling: "He's just as quick in reverse."

Yes, further to the above, I discounted that both Wests and Warriors would remain in contention regardless of the result on Saturday, so Liddle can't play.

Will MCK be suspended? Either way, can't see him being promoted to FG after being sent off in NSW Cup yesterday.
Rankin has to get dropped after that performance, and Hunt deserves another run, so that's an easy swap. The dummy half situation needs improving as well, but I don't really trust JLJ to defend through the middle for any great stretch of time.

I usually feel I can pick JTs teams, but genuinely unsure what he'll do this week. At a guess:

1. Hunt
2. Nofo
3. Simona
4. Naiqama
5. JAC
6. Moses
7. Brooks
8. Woods
9. Halatau
10. Sue
11. Aloiai
12. Lovett
13. Taylor

14. Littlejohn
15. Ava
16. Grant
17. Edwards
18. Sironen
19. Felise

Taylor will do absolutely nothing - unfortunately no changes will be made (barring injuries).

Good team under the circumstances. I'd be happy with that.
Tigers tragic since 1980.
