We are a Park Football side masquerading as a NRL side.

Please find 17 players who want to play with some heart and pride.

Cooper (The Puppet Master) Cronk will have a field day playing against us. He should be our number one priority next year. Brooks is not the answer.

What edge does vunivalu play on?

We definetly can't have Kev & Nofo defending under the high ball against him...

Then on the other side is JAC who we can't afford to have slow defenders or leave massive gaps in our defence...
Pretty sure Vunivalu is out.

First thing we need to address is the Leichhardt Oval scoreboard. It will not have enough space to hold the Storm score if the effort against the Raiders is any indication of how they will play. A comment was made on the Fox telecast re the Raiders being a team that wanted to play for their coach. A dig at JT, maybe?
I guess it is all still Farrah's fault, Redfern is too close and he is disrupting things still.
SACK Taylor and get someone that the players respect and want to play for and bring back the old tiger spirit.

I agree completely if only...

Hey you did not nominate captain?
I am hoping that in 2 years time a somebody comes back to play 3 more games to make it 250. Of course he would give best shot.
Did your ex first grade buddy tell you this? Give up it's exhausting.

Maybe get rid of the players that do not respect the coach, no matter who they are.

This is the same scenario with Sheens in the later years and Potter.

I'd take the '94 Balmain Tigers over this sorry lot. At least they played with some bloody ticker.
And the sky is filled with light, can you see it?
And the black is really white, if you believe it.

that same Somebody must be sitting back and chuckling while watching everybody that wanted to knife him, search for a new target .Especially now that they can't blame him for the inept
Way the club is going. Pity though, we could do with an 80 minute hooker. Who's not scared to tackle and still can score a try from 30 -40 metres out.
More importantly one who puts in a full and complete effort every time he's on the field.
We don't seem to have many of them.

I honestly don't think we'd be any better a side with Farah there. We bested a side with him in it after all. The problems run deeper than just Farah and JT. There's an culture of acceptance in regard to non performances.

Tigers normally do alright against Melbourne, we have an unpredictable style they aren't comfortable with. I don't think we'll win but I don't expect it will be as bad as the Raiders games.

A new Coach wont fix our Structural Problems... That will take 10 or so weeks at best!

Ah yes. Balmain's most recent Wooden Spoon.

They tried their guts out that mob - Just outclassed across the park, and lacked the ability when teams like the Broncos were throwing about names like Langer, Walters, Sailor, Carne, O'Neill, Hancock and Renouf.

Michael Gillett, Marty Marsella, an Ageing Paul Sironen, Baysarri, Steve Edmed, and Matt Munro.

And those are the names I recognise.

If our current mob with all their ability had the ticker of the 1994 team, they'd be premiership contenders.

Having a look across all three grades though, something is obviously very wrong. You can't blame Taylor for all the sides getting smashed heavily in the first three weeks.

Why bother having JT around to use up the chequebook when he is not going to be around next year? May as well get a new coach in to build the team they want. There will never be a better time to have a ground up rebuild.
