Thank you tigers

Unread post by old man tiger » Fri 28 Apr, 2017 9:25 am

Let's not forget we are a footy club, not a social media site, and we have a game this week.

I want to thank the people involved in turning this around, the coaching staff, admin staff and most importantly the players who have committed to the club we support.

Despite a few guys who won't be in our colors for too much longer, i feel good about cheering my team again, and feel like for once my hopes for the future aren't built on hot air.

I have anothet commitment Saturday and can't get to Leichhardt, but if you agree with this post please make every effort you can to go out there and support the good guys against a very professional sharks outfit.

This year is not a lost cause, and on field success will mean more quality signings.

I will be there as always, not expecting a upset win, but under Cleary I think we will be in the contest with a chance

I'll be in the Chairman's lounge with my young bloke and have a good feeling for an upset - put you mother in law's house on it.

Good on you Raven, have a great night....I have to work and won't be there but I will watch it on tv..I had a bet on the Tiges at $2.65 head to head, the Sharkies were $1.48 to win...
My prediction is that the WTs will win by 8'scoreline..WTs 18 Sharks 10 ......
You may see me struggle...but you will never see me quit... :D

I was MR Cranky pants with in recent years with the club letting some good players go, not performing etc but since the arrival of Cleary it has been really pleasing . Even so that i can live with the pain of losing Tedeso ..

The Team has already improved their performance or at least the effort anyway
We have so signed few big names and gained a mid season recruit as well

We are winning some respect back and its pleasing to see the direction we are headed in..

We got a nice little early inheritance cheque when my mother in law sold her house. Didn't bet it on the footy though.
