just glad to see some change, just praying it's not like shuffling deck chairs on the titanic
Oh it is shuffling, but the one single upside is Cronulla are heavily weakened due to Origin - no Fifita, Bird, Maloney, Graham, Holmes.
Yes that's a good chunk of talent missing from their team. If we can't beat them now we probably never will!

Deadset only one of those players (Nofa) and maybe Brooks/Suli would cut it into another teams side. Wow just wow.

Our side is utter crap. We have no good players to send out there. Next year couldn't come soon enough.

Those 5 players Cronulla are missing arent just 5 of their best...they are 5 of the better players in the whole comp. We have a very green side but one that will be pushing forward to be a part of Ivan's 2018 squad. I smell an ambush.
The baby tigers are a good chance to get up.

Obviously you want to minimise the musical chairs in origin week, but might it have been worth giving Tui a run at fullback?

In a perfect world maybe but I don't think it is worth moving him after 2 weeks just to move him again when Teddy is back. Let the kid find his feet and work on his combinations and confidence, the warriors moved him every week and it didn't work out for the young kid.

Lovett starting. Jeez I can't wait until our new signings arrive so this plodder can be banished to ISP where he belongs.

With that 17 I think we'd be better off having:

11. Eisenhuth
12. Marsters

14. Sue
15 Felise
16. Lovett

Give Marsters a run alongside a more experienced middle and play Sue at prop rather than Eisenhuth.

You are totally WRONG - Lovett belongs in someone else's ISP. In fact what have you got against ISP?

He will not be re-signed from what I hear so nothing to worry about for next year.
