Fitness is definitely one of the aspects he needs to work on.
Fitness might need a top up.

I think it is more defence chat from the back he need practice in.
A little slower game may help him get it together.
That's the other reason Russ. The quicker he gets up to speed in that aspect, the quicker we'll see him in FG.

Our coaching staff, both Clearly and Hodgo were FB's.

They would know a hell of a lot more about positional play etc that us punters would not even notice.

I think we just need to back their judgement..
Interesting to read Minichello commenting on Teddy, " He can take his game to the next level, and I think he has the right coaching to do that."
Ivan should use this to fire up for rd 1.
He’s referrring to that muppet JT

In my opinion it's the wrong move by Cleary.
No matter what Lolohea says no player likes getting dumped to reggies.
Exactly. Unless its a smokescreen, its a poor management manoeuvre.

That makes no sense. You do not hone top flight skills against sub standard competition. You do so succeeding against the best.

Correct me if I am wrong but I noticed tui packing into scrums when the cowboys had the ball, seems like that could go wrong

Fair enough and I'm just commenting on what I'm hearing/reading. If the guy has been demoted due to lacking one of the fundamental skills of the position coupled with troubling fitness levels, then i ask what he has been doing since last August. If Ivan thinks a trundle against some nuffnuffs in reggies will help, then we are in for another interesting season.
