Rowdy

Post by happy tiger » Sun 11 Mar, 2018 8:14 am

Were my eyes deceiving me yesterday or is Rowdy struggling with another hamstring issue

Maybe it just his gait now

I see they actually are using a new form of cure for players with hamstrings involving getting an epidural .... they were talking about it during the game on Thursday

Probably a partial cripple from his hip injury...

Hamstring issues for him are side affects from the dislocated hip.

With our 2nd row depth if he is not right then theres no need to play him.

Eisenhuth, McQueen, Aloai are all there to take his spot for a week.

Haven't seen the game but for a few years his gait has been odd looking imo

He actually pulls up when chasing Ferguson in the 1st half when Tedesco dropped the game , then when they show the side angle of the break he is limping slightly and when he walks to the scrum

Watch the replay .....

It’s his hip. A lot of people brush that injury off like it was a strain or something. It was horrific and affected his whole career. He’s lucky it didn’t end his career. The hip didn’t go straight back in and he had to be sedated. He would have played 20+ Origins if not for that.

Taylor was limping too, tough game for Rd 1. Rowdy will prob carry hamstring risks rest of his career but hey so does Brooks and he's just a kid.

I don't think McQueen is in a hurry. He knows he has a bit of work to do.
