I know you don't change winning sides, but Godinet has gotta go. He ain't up to it. Mcilwrick is a superior defender and doesn't have the errors in his game that Godinet does. If Reynolds is fit though, he could be the bench hooker.
Agreed, glaring issue. + old benji is re surfacing. Sideways running etc

Really would love to see this team. Perhaps a few unique changes but I dare say this would be our best "80 Minute" team. We've killed it early on and late in the games, however there has been a slight dip around the 40 - 65 minute mark.
Yeah Tui needs to up his game. He takes too pong returning kicks and getting in position. Thompson on the other hand goes at 100% all day.
Gee there are some hard markers here Tui has just come back from a knee injury, most probably not fully fit.
We are 4-1 should have been 5-0, and still people have the knives out.
If it was 0-5 I'd agree about changes, Ivan is loyal to the players that are having a dig.
It's all about the team.

Yeah, GNR . . . he throws as many forward DH passes as Cameron Smith. He could fair dinkum be pinged 7 or 8 times a game.
His problem is quite often he isn't moving forward when he passes , quite often flat footed

Flat balls look bad in these scenarios
Yep. Godinet offers nothing and comes up with some shockers.

Without Tui's football smarts we don't get the seven tackle set and don't get into position for the field goal

Tui's hitting his shots at goal like a machine as well

Our whole team has been great. How can you not have Tui? Dumbest comment I have heard in my life.

Unfortunately I can’t fit Reynolds or Nofa in my 17. Who replaces Packer now he’s out?
Let's make the Tigers great again!

I'm going to assume everyone is all good to go by Sunday except Packer for obvious reasons. There was nothing else mentioned in the press-conference regarding injuries and most weekends you have people hobbling off the field at the end, they recover during the week.
I would go with this with the exception on switching Hooth with ET. I think we need Aloiai starting in the front for his aggression, he's the closest we have to Packer.

ET should be back so Hooth can revert to Frontrow, I also Grub, JJ/Sue, Twal and Josh on the bench just a bit more grunt to allow for Packers absence.
I'm not Ivan I'm sure that he would have a solution worked out, and have a lot more football brains then me.

Hey Donald haven't seen many tweets about Brooks or Lawrence..

Tim Grant is next in line then Sauaso Sue..

My only concern with Grant is he comes up with some defensive howlers. I like:
Matalino
Liddle
Eiso
Lawrence
Rochow
Taylor

Reynolds
Twal
Aloiai
MCK

So "The Beast" is possibly getting dropped

Manly have a big pack as well Fonua Blake , Kapow and Lloyd Perrett off the bench

We will have to match fire with fire , hopefully Brooks continues with the running game , he might find the big boys out late in both halves

Brooksy's running will be important for sure. Liddle is the guy who can really crack them late though.

Naiqama and MWZ have been going fairly well defensively but I seriously think we need a bit of punch in our backline in attack.

I’d be looking at a team like this (assuming Packer will be out)

1. Lolohea
2. Nofoaluma
3. Marsters
4. Fonua
5. Thompson
6. Marshall
7. Brooks
8. Eisenhuth
9. Liddle
10. Matulino
11. Lawrence
12. Rochow
13. Taylor

14. Reynolds
15. Grant/Sue
16. Twal
17. Aloiai

Nofo, Fonua and Marsters would be like extra forwards out there. Reynolds to be eased in for 20-30mins to add some spark out of dummy half or float around at lock in attack.

I think Felise has been the best front rower in ISP this year.
