Unfortunately Ink, you are right, we have a stack of areas to work on, our attack is still bottom 3 or so, our ball control is terrible, we give away a stack of penalties, we won today, but we need to make changes.

They nearly beat Cronulla last week and how good were Cronulla today. This years comp seems to be a week to week basis.

Had we not been robbed against the Broncos and not fluffed the Knights and Parra games we'd be on top of the table

And if we lost against Melbourne twice and Easts we'd be on 8 comp points and six points outside the 8...

Happy with the 2 points nearly had a heart attack.

Taylor didn't look happy coming off for Reynolds. I hope the team harmony is strong.
Don't think its means anything apart from he's a competitor and want to be on the field
I hope so Reynolds is one of the blokes that would do anything for a team mate.
He’s one step better than Mother Theresa

We are not a finals football team. Its a waste to make the 8.
:roll
Well if we scrape in, andget creamed first game , then we might at least get to watch 80 minutes of semifinal football with us in it, which will be a rarity for most of us.
You never know , the opposition may forfeit

Mahe man of the Match ... he is a beast
Brooks got it.
So he should have. Stellar in defence and never stopped trying in attack. The team let him down tonight, especially the forwards.
Brooks probably was involved more so maybe deserved it but that strong chap with the funny haircut was great at cutting up Dog defence - always a goer. I prefer him to Woods.
Malcolm Knox: What has happened this week is a pity for the Tigers, a pity for Jason Taylor and a pity for Robbie Farah, who had achieved more than the Big Four put together but was somehow turned into collateral damage. (SMH 25-26 March, 2017)

That’s right. Realistically we were never going to win the comp this year but it’s been so long since we’ve tasted finals footy.
For me it’s better following a team that competes every week where everyone puts in than what we’ve had last few seasons.
We now have a good foundation to build on. Even if we don’t make the finals this year I think we’re heading in the right direction

Top 8 would be a massive step in the right direction

Sure as hell beats the positions we've been in from 2011 onwards

Again you don't need to draw a picture , take the two points and move onto the Roosters game , winning ugly just makes it sweeter :sign:

Hope we play even uglier v the Rorters and smack their behinds as well :righton:

Sorry mate wasn't trying to come across as a twat, the point was that we've been in many close ones this year. Many probably thought there were games we had no right winning and we lost games we had no right to lose, but we did.

It further highlights how we've been in just about every game this year.
