He had a great game prior to getting injured.
Really uncovered a gem with this guy I think.

Looks a lot similar in build to Lawrence a few years ago so hopefully he can fill out.

Looking forward to seeing him progress and make that position his own.

Speaking of Lawrence, this guy made the same transition from wing to second row forward just like Chris... Only quicker and looks at home. Like the red boots too.

Discuss.

He was great
Today we saw a true champion in Winx, and a true bludger in Cleary!

I really like the look of him. Give him the rest of the season to prove himself. Impressive, motivated and keen...

He was great
He has incrementally improved in each grade to get to the NRL. Hopefully we can see more of lower graders develop into NRL players.

I think he will be a better player than Crichton.

I like him.

Good work rate and has an athetic style of change. His angle changes were good. Need to see more before I Get to excited but it was better than I Thought it would be.

Success story.
Just identified what he needed to do to make the grade and put the work in.
Reaping the rewards now and I hope and think this progression will continue.

A player we've needed for years imo.
Along with Twal, our future is looking good, good pack players.

He was a dud tonight.
Possible worst on field.

Was out hiding in the centres often and continually making errors.

Souths won't miss him..
Over rated.

Do you think Nick will try and move him on prior to next season?

He's obviously rated by others, such as Fittler.
Might be a lemon tho.

Seen him play well before but tonight he was rubbish and personally thought he was average in all 3 origin games.

Crichton did nothing all origin series. Is probably one of 3 guys youd really question whether they will keep their spots.

Has has continued his form from ISP which is great to see.

Was the standout for Wests all year and has done a great job as captain.

2019 with a full preseason I think he will be a gun.
