NYC Live Game Thread.

Will be good to see the cubs run around on tele for the first time this year. Panthers have only won 1 game this year so on current form we should win but in under 20's anything could happen. :sign:

Not looking great so far very soft defense for that panthers first try. Ref is not really keeping a good eye on the game though just guessing when the ball goes to ground.

The Wests Tigers very much under the pump , with the Panthers leading 6 Nil after 12 minutes.

Nice try, considering they have done all the defence in the first 15 minutes.

6 all after 17.

Finau scores at the end of some quick flick passing out the backline ,
and Jake converts a beauty from the sideline
Wets Tigers & Panthers mow 6 All..that's better

Tigers try by Finau through some slick hands.
Tigers still look a bit off though drop the ball a few tackles after the kick off.
As im writing penrith scored off the turnover through some soft defence.
panthers 10-6 KTC

Jake Mullaney , stating earlier in the week , that he reckons he is only 5 or so weeks away from NRL standard of play , injects himself again attacking the left side, but another forward pass

Some horrible horrible mistakes. If they can hold the ball for a few sets they'll win by 20. If they keep playing like this it will be 30-30.

In saying that their defence, other than a couple of poor lapses, has held quite well.

Some very good defence by thecTigers ...I agree , the Tigers justs have to be patient , get rid of the errors in their game and they can run over them in the second half ...if they can just get some decent bounce of the ball , as it's all going panthers way

12-10 half time is a good effort for the Tiges, considering the woeful ball handling and constant turnovers, as well as the Panthers forcing a few drop outs. Could've easily been a couple of tries behind by now.
