Magpie Heritage Jersey

Post by galahs » Wed 28 Apr, 2010 9:41 pm

I believe its being used for this weekends clash.

Great for the following reasons:
- the re-launch of the upgraded Campbelltown Stadium
- a foundation jersey vs another foundation team
- MAGPIES CAPTAIN NATHAN WATERS WILL FINALLY MAKE HIS NRL DEBUT!!!!
:wahoo:
We wear our heart on our sleeve.

Mate, why do you bother 'supporting' this side?

You're obviously still in denial about the JV. You love the maggies so much, stick to watching them play State cup.

Christ, fans like you are the problem with this joint.

To much UV rays for you mate
Wests Tigers colours are Black, White & Orange. Balmain are Black & Orange. Wests Tigers are not Balmain. Please take note Wests Tigers CEO.

I still like the famous Victa retro the best ...... nothing beats the Victa ;)

There again I suppose that doesn't count because it was never worn by the West Tigers.
The heritage with the white V is my favourite WT retro.

Not quite...according to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Weste ... y_1908.svg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), a similar jersey - with narrower stripes - was the original jersey 1908-1915

Wests Tigers are wearing the orange jersey on Sunday. They were planning on wearing a dark strip but given the warm weather and sun predicted they have opted for the orange one.
