He's been going great guns, with experience he will become a top player.
I just wanna stop him trying to beat everyone up when he tackles them, no need to lay all over the player for so long.. its pretty simple to get off when ref yells "release, getup"

People need to read whta the original poster is saying. He never said Fifita is the problem.

All he said which is 100% correct, was Fifita always gives a penalty not long after coming on . In fact Fifita gives numerous penalties away every game which for some reason is not being coached out of him. I dont think there would be a game where Fifita hasntgiven away at least 1 penalty. A good talent, but needs to work on these things.

Yeah, it isn't just Fifita and Gibbs most of our fowards are sloppy to get off the play the ball area. There were a couple there yesterday where we could've easily been penalised, instead the ref was a little harsher on them (roosters).

How good is Fifita. He almost won the match for us with his break near the siren. He did great made the break got the ball to the money man in Marshall. I really thought Marshall would have scored from that position and probably 8 times out of 10 would have.

Sure Fifita gives away the odd penalty but in time that can be worked on. We need to sign this guy to a long term contract ASAP he is the best young prop I have seen for a long time. He reminds me of a young Roach.

Is he really a Queenslander?

If Fifita scored that try from dummy half, I deadset think we should've let him had a shot at the goal. He would've kicked it straight over.... no, wait, through the black dot.

I cant recall a kid at prop being soooooo dynamic off the bat.

This one is a keeper.

Did you see the big dont argue he put on Ryles......swatted him away like he was a fly.

And nearly won us the game at the end with an amazing run/pass.

WOW!!

Certainly getting more consistant every week.

Would love to see the damage our pack could do running in pairs all game. Taking it themselves, handing it off to another forward or if the second forwards draws a extra defender hiiting a pivot behind to hit Lawrence or Ayshford out wide

Didn't think it was a tough comment.

His consistancy has been rewarded with extra game time.

That and he is becoming more comfortable with his role in the side it seems

He has certainly been a find. Has a few dumb penalties in him, but he is so aggressive, has a great offload, hits well in defence too.

Has handled the step up and will only get better.

Has been fantastic as a rookie prop and reminds me of Willie Mason (now dont go all nuts I mean the player not the person) when he first hit the scene and was dynamic skills, size the whole package.
