This is a good trait, to many times players spray speculators that lead to opposition trys against the run of play.

I die when passes go out over the sideline...

Blake Had a really good game yesterday, which can be said by most of the Tigers.

In years gone by we'd be face palming because the tigers had a terrible issue with pushing the pass one too many times and surrendering possession due to a knock on. So to see him die with the pill, then give a quick play the ball in lieu of pushing the pass is perfectly fine by me. Also, Ryan has a knack of also pinching metres if he is serviced well with a quick play the ball.

This is exactly what poor Mark Flanagan needed as well! He got his hands free for an offload so many times and no one was ever there!

Ryan is pretty quick off the mark. He can accelerate very quickly although isnt very quick at all over long distances.

I just think he needs a little reserve grade when Lawrence comes back.

Reminds me very much of Hodges at the same age. Hope he develops in the same way, not including the loopy stuff of course :)

I completely disagree with this statement now.

Very very good at breaking the tackle and being ready to offload. Ryan outside him doesn;t do him any favours at all.
Still needs to work on his decision making in defence but was spot on tonight.
Last couple of weeks have demonstrated why he needs to stay in 1sts and learn the rest of his trade.
On the bus or under it!
Your choice.

I thought Blake played great last night, every time he touched the ball he looked dangerous needed more support but hopefully that comes.

I still believe that lawrence and brown are our best options when available.

But last night AYSHFORD had his best game this year,he stepped up and needed to.

x 2.... would be great to have a FB like hodgo hangin' around any half break in support as well. whilst i agree with loyalty to players that have done the job in the past it might be time to give ryan a break. i still think the tigers are the team that others finalists would least like to play, including the illawarra gunna's ( every year this mob is ' gunna win the comp ' and every year is the same story ) /chokers.
