Another tough game coming up for the boys. To their credit they are trying but just outclassed most weeks. Mikaele is developing nicely from what I've seen and Seyfarth looks a likely prospect.
Tigers up 16-4 at halftime.
Twitter updates hard to come by today. No update to tge second half score 20 minutes in.
Tigers were up 20-4 after 43 minutes.

Thanks for the updates Willow. Any future 1st grade prospects?
63 minutes gone and Tigers lead 20-12.
Thomas Mikaele has developed well during the season. Thought he was ordinary early on but despite the team being beaten most weeks he has improved and runs hard. He's got the size and power, hopefully he has the work ethic. Alex Seyfarth looks good at only 18. Workaholic but holds his own against older kids. Not much to highlight among the backs. Peter Pakoti is ok with the ball in hand.greatodensraven wrote: ↑Sun 23 Jul, 2017 3:01 pmThanks for the updates Willow. Any future 1st grade prospects?
5 to go Tigers gamely holding on 20-18.
Tigers lost in the last minute 24-20.

Cheers mate. Was hoping we'd have a speedster coming up thru the ranks but looks like we'll need to go to market.
Looks like Mikaele is capable of playing big minutes - he's been pushing out 55-65 regularly over the last few months. His tackle efficiency is also good (< 1 miss per game). Both of those are pretty promising signs in a prop coming through.willow wrote: ↑Sun 23 Jul, 2017 3:12 pmThomas Mikaele has developed well during the season. Not much in terms of speed unfortunately and no damaging outside backs to speak of unfortunately.greatodensraven wrote: ↑Sun 23 Jul, 2017 3:33 pmwillow wrote: ↑Sun 23 Jul, 2017 3:12 pmThomas Mikaele has developed well during the season. What happened to Tony Tali? I seem to remember him having some raps on him.willow wrote: ↑Sun 23 Jul, 2017 4:02 pmNot much in terms of speed unfortunately and no damaging outside backs to speak of unfortunately.greatodensraven wrote: ↑Sun 23 Jul, 2017 3:33 pmwillow wrote: ↑Sun 23 Jul, 2017 3:12 pmThomas Mikaele has developed well during the season. We don't have any exciting young backs coming through really. Lemuelu, Papenhuyzen and Tali were our best 3. Pap has gone to Storm, and the other 2 have spent a majority of the season injured.
This is a massive problem considering NSW cup has even less talent. We need to buy backs for 3 grades at the moment.
Tali reminds me a lot of Nofo for what it's worth.
Mikaele does seem solid and powerful, which you need to be at this level to have any chance of stepping up. Far more reliable than Paseka who's more rocks and diamonds in performance.
