Saw a pic on weststigers.com.au of Junior Roqica in the NYC game and he looks massssssssssssssive and fit and mature. I wonder how he'll come along. He is a big big boy.

so what i gathered from this thread & the article just posted.

- JWH pulled Lote's hair.
- Rooster are weak without Carney
- Braith isn't a good kicker
- Utai is not my prefered option # Edited by Mod
- Lui is 2011 half back :)

Foxsports news reporting Lui had a blinder and was in everything, Marshall very quiet - catch pass type game from him tonite, journos opinion Lui has the 7 wrapped up for Rd 1 which was always the case anyway.....footage from 11pm Syd time

He's our Fullback, derr..

y'know, support player to our halfback Bob Lewis, and our 5/8, Bentley Mansall.

good thing we had Roberto Faraquad at dummy half to hold it together as well.

Based on all accounts it sounded like the perfect trial...

- All players with spots in contension played hard
- Regular 1st graders only held back a little, enough to not get injured, enough to show they're ready
- Tried a few combo
- Got the win
- NO INJURIES at all

Can anyone that was there confirm if this is fairly accurate?

Yeh lui was class. Set up two tries and scored the 3rd. He was well involved and looks to be maturing into a dominant playmaker. I cant see Moltz ousting him. On Moltzen, he will be better for the run. But at this stage i couldnt have in the 17 for round one. He needs minutes and coming off the bench in first grade will just delay his return to top form in my opinion. A full game in state cup may be enough, but that remains to be seen. I think by round 5 we will see 1.Moltzen.

Lawrence was a machine in defence.

Galloway was terrible, poor passes and lazy defence. Pulled off one big hit and his yardage was ok, but he needs more urgency in defence.

Dwyer is just one of those guys that makes u pull your hair out. He does so many things that make u think he'll be top class, but he also does so many things that make u think "get him off".

McKinnon...........NO.

right on the money mate. robert lui man of the match with aron woods not far behind considering his limited game time. Both these players showed potential that could make them tigers legends if not rugby league legends. great trial with the season kick off only 12 nights away. BRING IT ON!!! :sign:
