Benji

Post by tiger05 » Sat 26 Mar, 2011 9:54 pm

How good is he ? At the moment I reckon he is the best player in the world.

He led us to the win tonight and he has been on fire all season.

Sets up every try. Did loads of work on his kicking (in general play, not goalkicking) and it payed off.

Passing game is better than anyone I have ever seen play, takes the line on more than ever, has lost his step but can still fool people with his "dancing feet".

Proud to say I go for the team he plays for... :master:

He didn't kick that bad. He missed 2 from near the sidelines. And had a shank. Almost none of our tries were close to the sticks. Only the penalties.

His general game was class. Man of the match.

the difference between benji on 2011 and benji say 2009 and the stat of 2010 is that as soon as kick off he is on! we now dont have to wait for benji to warm into a game, as soon as he steps out there, hes ready to rock!

Ahahaha loved his reasoning for missing that conversion, "it's hard to kick uphill" :)

Try assists comin out of his yin yang

Laurie daley made a very rare yet good point tonite. Marshall can be at full speed yet produce the softest popped pass at the last split second, or fire a bullet to a wingers chest from 20m away while not even looking .....all in the wrists
When he's hot yeooww

He'll end up with more try assists than conversions this season!
He's wonderful to watch.
On the bus or under it!
Your choice.

So much for what is happening affecting him I know missing Lawrence and Lote are huge but it would not matter who was outside him at the moment Just run at a hole and wait for the perfect ball

I thought this was one of his best performances of recent times.

Let's state it simply: he was too good for them tonight.

He is in a class of his own at present, the silly stuff has dropped off. I dont know but he seems to be a play ahead of every other player on the field. My guess the form of Lui has something to do with it. Today Farah,Marshall and Lui had the ball on a string and really should have racked up 50

Best player in the world by a long, long way. He has been for quite a while and he`s still getting better. I still don`t think it`s appreciated just how good he is by some Tigers fans.

He passed Joel Caine tonite, is now 2nd on all time goal scoring for Wests Tigers behind Hodgo
