no try.

and not because of the bias, but because there was no proof it hit the line, and plenty of proof it didn't.

I thought Yow Yeh put his foot on the touchline earlier in the movement or the tackle of two prior in that set....was right in front of us but hard to tell from long shot later on the TV

Hate to say it but the correct call was made, you could just see the ball touch the ground before he was held up

I don't think it was the right call at all. There was definitely a case for benefit of the doubt, but there is no way in the world that if that is a Refs Call that Suttor can award a try. There is no evidence to support it, plain and simple. His explanation to Robbie was apparently that he was just double checking, which to me sounds like absolute bulldust, but that is a different issue all together.

I can understand it being a try, but not the way it panned out.

x2. Live at the game the broncos boys were no were near convinced about it. I never saw any part of it touch the line, and the way it panned out as matty said was all wrong. Suttor is a joke of a ref whos referee skills are as good as his beard... its s*** :D

I hate refs call decisions given as try in those circumstances. If Suttor saw him ground it why not just rule try?

Ch9 Commentator said " the ref has an opinion " when he sent it upstairs. He was just looking for other evidence. Hence, the ref was looking to disallow the try.

I thought he may have been short but had no dramas with them giving it.

If it was benefit of the doubt - then that is what the video ref should have determined - that is not the role of the on-ground ref!!~

Instead he gave refs call - so it was NEVER a benefit of the doubt call by the definition of that rule!!!

The refs raped us with their inability to keep any Broncos onside or get them off the tackled player in appropriate time!!!

The Glenn try was just par for the course on a night on which the refs only wanted to scrutinise one side!!!

In my view, admittedly biased, he was well short when he grounded it. One angle showed that he was close bit was deceptive because of the angle. Definite no try for mine.

There was plenty of evidence supporting Suttor cheering for the Broncos on Friday!

I definitely think that it was not a try and I really hate this 'Benefit of the Doubt' Its either a try or it's not!
