Groat!

Great game.
Ran the hard, dirty metres. Played good minutes. Tackled well.
& at one stage took 2 hitups in a set of 6 coming off our line.

Top effort!
He and Woods will be a great combo with players like Ellis and Blair teaching them.
On the bus or under it!
Your choice.

I think that is only his second go at first grade, but he played like a bloke with plenty of experience at that level.

over the off season will no doubt hit the weights to lose the puppy fat and bulk up

id keep him over fifita, think the powers that be have made the right choice...

Never shied away on or off the ball.

Vert impressed with his first genuine FG appearance. Will be interesting to see how he fares against a full strength side in the Beagles or Dragons.

Loved his commitment tonight. Rolled up his sleeves while he was out on the field and did the hard work. Definitely looking forward to more of him

If Groat is as good as he sounded in this game, I'm not so upset over losing Fifita anymore

He looked good. I'll give him some time to see how good he is.

Fifita is flashier but we seem to have kept the more stable robust players.
