If i didnt have so much choice with QLD teams id definetly support them.
Hell of a good team, great club. Our club could learn A LOT from them.
I tipped Melbourne/Roosters GF months ago. They both earned the right and will progress this weekend.
I agree that Melbourne and Easts are the two best teams in the comp and should compete for the GF. They are a stellar side and sans last year Robinson has done an amazing job with them.

Still can't stand them.

The chooks stood firm in the face of Ribot and Murdoch, rising above the likes of the sharks and panthers, so they have my support.

I'll never forget what Murdoch and the Super League teams done to the game, and from which it has never recovered. So it'll be a cold day in hell before I ever support a SL team against any ARL team. :x
Roosters were ARL aligned iirc

They were. As it stands, the Roosters are the only ARL team left. The Storm weren't in the comp, but they are owned by News Ltd, who ran SL.

And Roosters picked up Brad Fittler from Penrith because he was ARL-aligned.

You mean Roosters are the only ARL team left in this finals series?

The Broncos and Cows were both SL teams. Safe to say the Storm would have been as well if they were around.

Simple, if the roosters want the support, then STOP CHEATING the salary cap.
Earn respect, not buy it...

Yep, they were ink, so it's a no brainer for me. Go Roosters.

Hold on. Knights, Parra from memory.

I will give the Roosters cred for doing some good things during the silly superleague time. but that is fantasy.

And Manly.

I believe GNR means the only ARL team currently left standing in the finals which is correct,,

If the Cows dont manage to win the GF then it really is a sickening selection between the other 3 clubs left, they are scum one and all. Hopefully NQ are there next week to provide some interest on GF day, otherwise it will be a case of who gives a rat's who wins.
Cheats never prosper.......except in the NRL.

"Real RL fans" like yourself would be rapt with abortion play-the-balls like Slater got away with in the early part of the game too eh? The fix was on early today.
Cows hopefully, but even Rorters would be the pick next week. Embarrassing refereeing tonight no matter which team you support.

well seeing they are the only NSW team with a chance Il be hoping they win if not , even though I hate to support a qld anything, il have to support the the cow cackers.
I flatly refuse to support a grub team like the Storm. They'll get enough support From the Refs anyway.
I only watched the first 5 minutes tonight and after the storm player, got up from the tackle and ran 2/3 of a circle with the tackled players legheld straight out while the tackled player was held still. And the Refs completely ignored it, that was enough for me. Why bother watching.
The Grand final will consist of tacklers taking even longer than ever to let attackers get up anywhere near the tryline , and be standing up next to the attacking team because they know that the whistle won't be blown, if Easts are in the game at least thy are the one team that could bash the Storm out of the game.
I hope the first 10 minutes will be brutal from the Easts forwards.

I will be cheering on the Cowboys tonight. Can't stand Easts or Manly being an ex Western Suburbs supporter.

No one will stop the Storm next week. Cooper Cronk deserves to leave the game a winner.

Nothing would please me more than to hear the Roosters BOOED as they enter the arena, and the Cowboys CHEERED loudly...

Easts can... well - the picture says it all.
