Watch the press conference with Barrett and Evans. Barrett is extremely angry and I don't believe his anger is directed to only one player. He cut off Evans and referred to bruised egos (plural).

Just my observation but look at the distribution of the salary cap among the playing group and measure the highest paid players against their performances.

Hope it was another "poo in the shoe" type thing. Or "Breezers on the roof".
Rather than someone getting set upon.

It could only happen in Gladstone! What did you do Happy?

Seriously though, perhaps it really was a lovers tiff - DCE probably made a pass at Hastings and Hastings rejected him :o

good on you tigerdon.
poo in shoe and breezas on the roof are infamous player misbehaviours,so most league followers would remember the incidents well.

They had a fight, right, Hastings and and DCE at training. Then it's been reported the player group doesn't like Hastings and have told the coach.

Hastings hasn't found a place at his previous 2 clubs, so not entirely surprised nor do I really care either.

DCE probably used his Gucci man-satchel to give Hastings a wallop over the head.
Of course the other players would be siding with Cherry because they know if they didn't they would be quickly shown the door.

I've never known a footballer to be out and out PUBLICLY ostracized by players, coaches, and pundits alike - it's a universal hatred of the young man.

He must be some kind of massive tool.

WIth that said, even though we've had the likes of Arana Taumata and Daine Laurie through through our ranks, he'd be a big fat no.

This season has been remarkable for WTs fans. I never thought we'd be going so well both on and off the field. All our players seem like ambassadors. and our ex's seem like brats.

The only thing to top of this week off would be if, tomorrow I wake up and read in the paper that Moses was caught laying a dump in Norman's shoe. Stranger things have happened in our great sport.

Ah, the poo in the shoe. Who'd have thought Julian O'Neill would be responsible for producing one of the greatest examples of alliteration ever in the English language when owning up to poogate.

There has been along time between poo incidents in the NRL.
Was Nate Miles the last infamous culprit?

Apparently whilst still very drunk I might add - It's rather impressive.

For those of you wondering the nature of the sentence - Julian O'Neill rang the coach, stifled giggles and told him in 100% perfect english he'd just "Shat in Schlossys' Shoe"

Jeez, it was even hard to type.
