That was a great training run for Australia... I feel Mal can decide a final Forward Pack & Rotation after tonight, and still have coverage if Woods gets suspended.

The Back 5 will be interesting though.

[still laughing at New Zealand losing to Tonga]
A great training run on late doing hit ups when they don't have the ball and forward passes to get tries - the first try. Early in the game Farah cleanly stole that ball near Aussie tryline but was called back - until they got well ahead the ref was often making funny decisions. The second Pom ref that Lebs got the rough end from! I think Farah gave Woods a bit of a spray during the final shake hands.

Tonga is going to make lamb kababs out of Lebo team - and well done at that.
Was that just after he passed the ball to the Roos with Lebanon deep on the attack...?
Unbelievably I had to do urgent computer work during game so missed some aspects (earnt a blue with the missus for being sour faced over it), but if Farah did lost ball earlier it shows his professionalism how he can got possession back in the next set. He did exactly the same in South-Parra game - how comforting to have such a responsible and experienced player. But all useless to be the Wizard of Oz & Lebo with stupid ref decisions.
Malcolm Knox: What has happened this week is a pity for the Tigers, a pity for Jason Taylor and a pity for Robbie Farah, who had achieved more than the Big Four put together but was somehow turned into collateral damage. (SMH 25-26 March, 2017)

Let's not say anything about the gays in a post trying to act all moral about a little joke about Lebanese people.

Funnily enough that post also used the word hypocritical. I wonder if the poster knows the meaning of the word.

Look, I shouldn't have said anything in some people's opinion, but I was born in Australia and for years and years viewed myself as 100% Australian. You get to a certain age (9 or 10 in my case) where people don't accept you as Australian. I still get asked once a week where I'm from, and I reply Sydney, but many people aren't satisfied by this, and need some type of definition to match to their stereotypes. When I tell them I'm Lebanese, the shock is palpable, but I find that disgusting. My family are well educated, self sufficient and still part of both our communities, like the majority of migrants. However, many people (not just in Australia) rely on cognitive schema like the nonsense in this thread to make assumptions about things that challenge their ability to cope with difference.

Its not a personal issue with anyone, and there are many times I let this stuff go in my daily life and online. I actually prefer people who are outwardly opinionated and racist, to the people who think they are funny and use this to hide their true feelings, because then we all know where we stand and I don't have to explain this stuff.

Apologies for derailing the thread, I'm more than happy to leave it there and ignore future comments as best I can.

Nope it’s “trendy” to be anti white Australian
I know many second or even third generation Italians,Greeks leb that say they aren’t Australian they are.....whatever the genealogy is.

So maybe I’m should say I’m Irish after all my great grandparents migrated here in the 1800’s.im not Australian.

Those pencilling Fonua into our side may be a bit premature.
Would need to show a lot more than he did in that game imo or it could be ISP.

I already have him locked in to start the year in our ISP squad. I have Milne as our second winger instead and Marsters to retain his spot in the Centres.

Milne is a center and should be in the running for a starting spot due to his work during the world cup. Marsters was a fill in and has done his job. He is better suited to the backrow and now we have a specialist center we should use him properly.
