Moltzen

Post by WelcometotheJungle » Sun 01 Apr, 2012 9:46 pm

It is surprising that this is the first Moltzen thread.
I would just like to commend Moltz on his performance today. A 40/20 and a try in the first minute and a half.
He is definitely a FULLBACK. Great support play and good on him for getting back out there after that dog shot by Crocker. On ya Moltz!!

It's a shame, hope he gets a contract with a team for next year.
Tedesco is long term

Brave and skilled performance today.

Fullback is his best spot no doubt

Agree W2TJ .... Tim was right getting him back in the number 1.
Hopefully will grow in confidence as the season continues.

It's a shame that the one game he plays really well in he has to go off injured...twice.

Much better today. I can't understand why after that 40-20 he did no more kicking. We really should be utilising it more.

Leave him at fullback for the remainder of the season. If he's good enough to get a contract for next year, good luck to him, but I expect Tedesco will wear the 1 jersey next year.

Probably the best rounded performance I have seen from him as of yet.

Pretty courageous effort to come back on after copping a nasty hit to the head.

Speaking of 40/20's, how good was Ellis' effort?

I kicked half a beer on the bloke in front of me after jumping in excitement, poor bugger I couldn't apologize to the 170,00000 kilogram Maori enough. Hahaha.

The way Moltz started today had me very excited.

That 40/20 was superb and effortless. I thought good stuff, he has been given the kicking duties....barely kicked again after that.

Thought he was pretty good today.

LOL @ Tigertye, kicking beer over big maoris isnt to conducive to good health.....

Fullback is easily his best spot, he slotted back there no problem. I think if it wasn't for getting an elbow from Crocker, he may have gone better.

I thought he had a great game. Hopefully there are more efforts like that for the rest of the season...
I've been a member since 2012. We last played finals football in 2011. Just saying...

There is a reason Tedesco has a contract past 2012 and there is a reason Moltzen doesn't.
What do you think that might be ?
