Radio coverage!

Post by cuzzo » Sat 14 May, 2011 4:08 pm

Hey guys, I am looking for the best radio station in your opinion that is covering the game tonight. Im located in Melbourne but have down loaded an application that allows me to listen to Australian wide radio. And also I'm after talk back shows mid week etc so I can tune in & keep up with what's going on in the game. At last I don't have to listen to over rated AFL commentators. Cheers Cuzzo

P.s I'll need frequency as well, thanks again.

Google is your friend.
Also, make sure you don't accidentally google a live stream, because that's illegal.

You can go to the nrl.com website and click on the match centre (top section of the site). It will launch the live scores and should have a 'audio' option where you can live stream audio from the game.

Thanks guys, but I can view the game on Fox. What I'm asking is, is there a better commentary? And footy based radio shows on through the week? I'll check out the NRL website though, cheers.

Yeah mate there is a website called League of our own. I heard of it through the Interstate supporters section in the forum. Get in there and register & they send you an email weekly to advise where you can watch the game. Usually pub venues. Worth a look.

Not sure I'd class the ABC Radio commentary as 'better' than Fox......
