The she'll be right attitude of some of the players is something he needs to address if that is indeed the problem. Given it has been a problem for many years, I wonder why the hard decisions haven't been made before. It's one thing to be loyal to people, another to let them get away with things year in year out.

He's right. That wasn't first grade standard.

Agree.

Maybe Sheens should put some players in State Cup as a wake up call and given some up and comers who are hungry for a go in the NRL a go.

Time for Sheens to stop being loyal to underachievers.

Sad thing is we have the talent to win the comp if we can get the attitude right every game.

he says "i'll be picking a team for next week that will have bit more discipline then that"

does that mean his finally going to start dropping players, regardless of how experienced or inexperienced they are?

if so, who can we honestly replace them with that might be able to do a better job. i dont think this is what we need going into a game against the competition benchmark.

stick with the same team and give them a chance to fire up and prove themselves. if not then just put them in state cup the following week

Great to hear that interview tbh.

Changes should be and I believe will be made for next week. Especially if Lote returns.

If that's the attitude that is used all week then I'll be happy regardless of the result against the Dragons.

Re: The discipline, who do you think comes under the spotlight because he mentioned Penalties and decision making with the ball. Lui perhaps?

I'm hoping he meant Benji - not just for the last pass that was almost intercepted, but the stupid no look flick pass that killed a certain try if he'd just passed it to Brown, and the time he dummied until there was no-one left to dummy to. I get it that he's brilliant, but sometimes he's just plain dumb too.
