Woods was outstanding, Gavet got through plenty of work and Paterson did an excellent job covering for Lawrence in the centres. Sauce was alright in his first hit out for the year and will be better for the run...all the forwards put in today though.

Just got home about 10 minutes ago, great day out!

Excellent performance from us, the difference between this week and last was clearly attitude, the boys put their bodies on the line and committed to every play.

Do that consistently and we have a team to work with.

Impressive that they managed with a 3 man bench in that heat when Lawrence went off early.

Last week we concede two tries from the resulting sets from poor kicks (7 tackle 20m restart). Today our kicking game was spot on, with three tries from kicks.

Really happy with Paterson, starting to play to his potential, and pleasantly surprised by Lulia and Anasta especially this week. Ava was huge and all the forwards really put in. Great team performance from 1-17, and great intensity to the finish with a 3 man bench.

Very happy with Woodsy this week.

Brooks is a pleasure to watch. Almost a perfect performance except the timing on some of his passes were a bit off.

I thought Blair and Bodene played tough.

Teddy was special. My man of the match by along way.

I thought Farah was good and bad today. Started poorly but was better in the last 50 mins as he let the halves take more control.

Titans were awful and we probably should have been up by more at halftime.

I thought the forwards really layed the platform today. They run strongly and defended with venom. Woods, Taupau, Ava and Gavet played good minutes and made great meters.

Tedesco, Brooks and Farah played off the back of that and were superb.

That performance is more like what I'm expecting this season. Hard work in the forwards with a mature game from Brooks playing beyond his years and Tedesco causing issues at the back.

Here's hoping the boys will be able to back it up next week. Those conditions were tough and we could have racked up 50 easy had we more energy and showed ruthlessness. I wouldn't be surprised to see a flat performance next week against Souths on the Friday. Hopefully we'll have an easy week on the track. Recovery will be a big thing this year with the speed of the game.

Titans were off their game, but there was some mongrel in the WT forwards today.

In the past we've failed to put big wins on struggling teams - but today, it had a sense of relentlessness.

And for the most part, we appeared to stick to a game plan, which will allow Potter a good night's sleep I'd imagine.

Confidence breeds confidence especially for our younger players. This was a team effort if ever there was one. The captain led the way and the rest of the team followed. Believe in yourselves Tigers and give the Rabbits a shake up.

I agree with comments suggest the Titan's weren't at their best, but we need to give our guys credit for not letting the Titans back into the game, we played tough today, not something I've seen from the Tigers in recent times.

Yeah I thought we were going to be in a bit of trouble with Rowdy out, but Paterson covered very well.

Everyone did surprisingly well in the heat, there was a bit of drop ball, that was to be expected, but not really much in the way of other errors, besides Braith not kicking for touch with that penalty.

The NRL's scheduling though, playing this game there at this time of month and at that time........they can't do it again next year.

We were good, very commited, but they were diabolical!! So I suppose its easy to look good when your getting no pressure applied on your defense and your getting the ball handed to you in good field position repeatedly.
Our kicking was better but Anastas repeated persistent high kicks let the pressure off. When I see us play a top side and compete for 80 mins and then back up and do it again ill be impressed. Hopefully next week won't bring us crashing back to earth.
