Ronnie Palmer seems confident in all of our players fitness levels at this point
Sounds like great news
Let's hope they can continue to build as the season progresses

I'm glad we have Ronnie setting the fitness levels. Gives the fans some confidence that we won't be underdone heading into 2018., unlike 2017.

He doesn't have a high opinion of the World Cup. A wander round the park not as tough as his pre-season regime.

I like the comment where he said the players are a lot more resilient and mentally tougher. I just hope this translates to performance on the field.

Ronnie Palmer is a legend. Hopefully the second half fade outs are a thing of the past.

I am stoked that we have this guy onboard. He's the best in the business.

Christ I hope I'm half as fit as him when I get to his age.
