Poirier vs Gaenjthe or whatever his name is......what a fight! Very biased commentating towards Gaenjthe IMO, Poirier showed his class in his sweet boxing. Karate Hottie got the job done for ya Demps.

Gaethje has three fight of the nights in a row.
Defo takes a lot of damage tho lol.

Dustin is very under rated. Great fighter and that was a great fight.

Karate hottie, such a stunner.

This Kamara Usman dude fought today.
Second fight I've watched in full / live.
Boringest fighter ever.

Can't stand him.

Some Aussies on show this wknd.
After the Horn boxing event...

Rob Whittaker. Aussie ufc middle weight champ.

Megan Anderson, ufc debut VS Holly Holm. From brisbane.

Tai Tuivasa, former roosters under 20s player. Heavy weight sensation up against veteran Andre Arlovski.

Hope Rob gets the job done but the odds look a bit short for mine Romero is no joke.

Tuivasa beats Arlovski.

Tuivasa with the flying knee knock out again hopefully.

Not a fan of Rob. Got a feeling he loses.

Don't like his style? He is extremely well rounded.

The first fight was pretty close but Rob was injured during the fight.

Nah, got personal beef with him.
Keep that off the forum tho.

Can't see him doing it against Yoel the drug cheat.

Nervous for Whittaker.. even though he's already gone the distance with Yoel and got the W, and did so with a blown out knee.. Yoel is just a physical monster and can knock anyone out and any moment..

Tough fight to call. Hope Rob wins but I just feel like Yoel will pace himself better this fight and eventually find an opening for that big shot.

Stacked card though from top to bottom, even the prelims. Best card of the year by far if all fights hold up. The Stipe/DC main card is looking stacked aswell.

Yoel looked terrible after the weight cut. If he doesn't get an early knockout I see him getting knocked out in the later rounds.

Romero missed weight. So if he ends up winning I don't think he can claim the title. It's a messed up situation for a title fight.
https://www.mmamania.com/2018/6/8/17442 ... oel-romero

It would be a great weekend if both Aussies win today, Oz taking over the fight scene :righton:

For those unaware, bare knuckle fighting (BKFC)is now a sanctioned sport for the first time in over 100 years.. First event was last weekend. Some pretty brutal fights.. Here's on of the womens featuring an aussie fighter. Search 'BKFC1' on youtube for the other fights.. Those on p2p private trackers know where to find the whole event.

Joey Beltram, former ufc fighter fought at that bare knuckle thing too. Blood bath.

Don't forget the other Aussies on the ufc card too,

So lame, Romero is 0.2 pounds over.and can't win the title... Being back the 1 pound leeway!

UFC 225 was a great card, some entertaining fights, main fight is up there for fight of the year, could have went either way.
Regarding CM Punk, it's as if they selected some random guy from the local bar to fight , embarrassing.

Looking forward to UFC 226, some heavy hitters throughout that card.. I think DC takes the title, smart fighter.

Derrick Lewis fight was a bore.

Loved the Pettis fight too.

DC fight was good.
Lewis vs Ngannou was bizarre, I would hate to be the next opponent for Francis after that performance.
Did you get to see the Paulo Costa vs Uriah Hall fight in the prelims? Costa looks massive for the middleweight division. I predict either him or Kelvin Gastelum to challenge for the title at some stage next year.

Watched all fights except fight pass ones.

Costo is surely not clean, he looks massive... Passes all tests tho and comes up steroid free but looks like a genetic freak.
Big future for him. Great fight too.

Lewis, Francis fight was horrid.
Zzzz.

Fun card tho. Loved it

Who wins tomorrow, Garbrandt or Dillashaw?
Hoping Garbrandt gives him a beating.
DJ vs Cedjudo will be a non-event you would think, DJ in a cakewalk. Surprised DJ hasn't really tested himself by going up a division.
