Re: Campbelltown Stadium
That kid who cut the ribbon at the start of the game is the son of my dad's co-worker. Apparently he said his dream isn't to play at CS one day because it's to play at LO. Twas still a funny moment.
I think I heard him say "no" when asked but I didn't hear him say anything about Leichhardt Oval.Marshall_magic wrote:That kid who cut the ribbon at the start of the game is the son of my dad's co-worker. My dad knows his dad, apparently that was the reason he said no.alien wrote:I think I heard him say "no" when asked but I didn't hear him say anything about Leichhardt Oval.Marshall_magic wrote:That kid who cut the ribbon at the start of the game is the son of my dad's co-worker. Yes I think the the poor child has been brainwashed. It is obvious that Campbelltown Stadium is twice as good as leichhardt oval.galahs wrote:That kid is very misguidedMarshall_magic wrote:That kid who cut the ribbon at the start of the game is the son of my dad's co-worker. One instance of stage fright followed by another. Pathetic.TigersFan4Life wrote:Yesterday was just another example of the players not turning up for a big occasion. been a number of these games since '05. The one at Leichhardt against the Rabbits in '07 or '08 when the crowd was huge and we lost 37-12 comes to mind.
It's shameful that on such an occasion, the first game of the year at a suburban home ground, with almost 20k in attendance, and it being Sheens' 600th game as a coach, that they laid such a huge smoking turd (forward pack aside).
