I'm not happy about it either Geo but if a semi spot is beckoning then I would prefer to play an under strength Souths.

Then a week later put 40 on a full strength one :)
If we fluke a spot in the 8 we won't be playing Souths first up.
I thought 1 plays 8?
The McIntyre system was scrapped 5 years ago. Where have you been?
Unfortunately the finals haven’t been that interesting for the last 5 years.
Need more props.

First time in the history of rugby league I will be going for Souths the grubs against the Broncos and the following week I will be going for the salary cap Rorters against the Broncos followed by another low life team in Manly against the Broncos.

The world must be ending
Wow Souths,Easts and Manly. That is nearly the top trifecta in the Most hated.

I won't be hoping that Souffs win, I'll be hoping that Brisbane lose.
And she's turning cold, at fifteen years old,
Taken too much slow, minds gone out to sea on the P&O,

We would need special dispensation from His Holiness Russell before we could entertain such a heresy.

Everyone talking of us needing to pass Brisbane but the Dragons appear to have more of the wobbles going than the Broncos and of course, we face them this weekend. It isn't out of the realms of possibilities that the Dragqueens could lose to the Doggies & knights following if we give them a touch up. Both of those opponents still have plenty to play for with avoiding the dreaded spoon.

I'll definitely be barracking for the Rabbits and the Rorters the next two weeks. But I think it's going to come down to points differential.

If we win 2 from 3 (which looks likely) we end up on 28 points but most likely still with a negative points differential.

Current
Tigers 24 points -34 differential
Predicted
Tigers 28 points -25 differential

If Broncos lose the next two games but win the last (seems likely) then they also end up on 28 points with a negative differential.

Current
Broncos 26 points -10 differential
Predicted
Broncos 28 points -20 differential

If Dragons lose all remaining games (possible) they stay on 28 but most likely keep a positive differential.

Current
Dragons 28 points +65 differential
Predicted
Dragons 28 points +35 differential

Which means we miss out. So, we either need to win all remaining games or we start winning by more points OR the NRL gives us the one competition point for the draw with the Broncos in round 3... Anything's possible.

I actually think this is more likely. But we definitely need to win our next 3. I still think our destiny is in our hands.

I hear you, but it's not I our hands. Yes we need to win all three games however, that alone won't get us in. We need other results to go our way, thus not in our own hands.

Souths need a certain Tigers player to coach them in acting lessons - non-speaking role
