Trial Team News vs Sea Eagles

In trial news from other games which I think sums up trials as well as the way Tigers fans react to "signing suggestions".....the young roosters half that tore us up last year, that many here were suggesting we sign to replace Brooks, couldnt get a run for the trials this year.

Wests Tigers coach Michael Maguire has named his squad for Friday night’s NRL trial match against Manly Warringah Sea Eagles at Leichhardt Oval.

Wests Tigers coach Michael Maguire has named his squad for Friday night’s NRL trial match against Manly Warringah Sea Eagles at Leichhardt Oval.

As the club’s first NRL trial match of 2022, it shapes as the first chance for Members and fans to see Maguire's side in action with a number of new recruits and familiar faces to make their first appearance for Wests Tigers this season.

Need to get some reality in regards to dillon tonight. He’s not gunna come out and bust them open and set 5 tries etc… he’s about 88kg, all that he needs to do is not look out of place , not get rag dolled and if he makes a mistake brush it off and go again, and show enough for us to keep him long term, reality is he needs time reserve grade to improve his game against men , imo, although I hope all the young boys go good, really good for there confidence.

Good post. Safety under the high ball, courage and resilience in kick returns and willingness to back up would be a 10/10 for a trial.

There is so many similarities between him and Kalyn Ponga it's not funny.
He is fast and strong through the hips which allows him to turn on a dime without losing pace, runs good lines.
I'm excited about his prospects!!
 
What would the stress levels in the WT Forum be like if this game was suddenly cancelled. 🤣

Preston Campbell did alright so has young Jayden. You either have it or you don't. Size is irrelevant.
Some players just can't be held back, let's see what happens 🤔
