He’s worked on getting the COE over the line, turned the clubs finances around to the point we’re we are now heavily investing in the football department for both NRL level and pathways. All spin. We’re in demountables, have the worst squad who don’t put in. We are as average as we ever have been. He’s had six plus years to build a culture.

Our financial perfromance has been OK and we have good sponsorship in place. You’re completely right and I’m glad you mentioned Pascoe’s handling of the Farah situation. In any organisation the CEO is ultimately responsible for performance. If areas of the organisation are underperforming than it’s the CEO’s responsibility to identify the issues and address them to improve performance. It was infuriating to hear Pascoe and Hagipantelis at the end of last year stating that because they didn’t come from football backgrounds they weren’t responsible for the football department. It was weak, irresponsible and a blatant attempt at deflecting responsibility which sets the standard for the entire club.

Round 2 I can’t see how Madge survives he shouldn’t have after last season, equally Pascoe if not more so how does that gronk keep his job. We should have let Brooks go and allow Johns to do something with him it’s not working for him here for him or us. How could it be any worse with Madden and Hastings or Doueihi when he returns at least he gives a shit. I’ve seen some poor performances over the years but this one is up there and Newcastle we’re shocking I’d be furious with them not putting 50 on us if I was O’Brien.

My son asked me to go to a Carbon Credits seminar with him today with a local rural group. It clashed with the game vs knights. I decided I probably wasn't going to miss much by missing the game, so went to the seminar.

Typical chairman and ceo mentality all about themselves not the club performance.

I have probably gone off a bit through frustration,the team is still gelling and I have to understand that,however,the fundamental errors and poor communication is almost unforgivable at this level....cut the errors,have a high completion rate and better communicate,then I honestly think this team can be awesome ....

Need to show some guts and desire before there’s any hope of cohesion. Do they care? I think they’ll be playing for a new coach soon, which probably changes nothing.

Just watched the presser. How the hell is Ken captain? Barely makes sense when he speaks and can’t articulate what he means. This is the man Madge choose to lead the team. Madge just says the same crap he said last year how he sees how hard we work and knows we are better. It’s round 2 if we aren’t turning up now when do we start?
