Made me angry pre-game too mate when I stumbled across it on Facebaook.. but it got 582 likes don't have insta or twitter but I would assume similar story ..must be a generational thing..Mate I've been thinking of this photo and seething all morning about it.
What possesses grown men to take photos like these? Utter embarrassment, I almost feel sorry for these clowns. Probably passable for a teenage girl to act like this, but grown men, playing a brutal sport like NRL? Disgusting.
Who actually likes this sort of suss crap? Do their teammates get around them and say "bro, saw that cool pic of youse guys in the elevator! Nice handsigns boys, that looked wild!" Fair dinkum embarrassment to themselves, their families and their football club. You just shake your head in disbelief.
Not as much as the Roosters sombrero. 🤣We have a lot of cap space
It's cringeworthy stuff. The world really is going down the toilet if anyone over the age of 14 actually takes the time and effort to 'like' this sort of garbage. Beyond belief really. Some people have no shame👎Made me angry pre-game too mate when I stumbled across it on Facebaook.. but it got 582 likes don't have insta or twitter but I would assume similar story ..must be a generational thing..
Unfortunately that's the bit where someone like me (42 years old) completely does not understand people in their 20s who grew up on social media.Mate I've been thinking of this photo and seething all morning about it.

Yeah how does Flanagan go without the cheating x3 - the drugs, the salary cap rorting for 4 seasons either side of the premiership, getting caught still coaching his team during a ban.Not sure about this.
Flanagan had his team on an illegal doping scheme to get the best out of them.
He also had a class of cattle that we could only dream about: Maloney pulling all the right strings and directing his team around brilliantly like a great general should- also a superb goalkicker.
Fafita was at the peak of his powers and nearly unstoppable for awhile there. A first class tough, committed captain in Gallen who would never ever quit and would spit on a teammate in disgust if they dared to. Great interchange Livewire in Barba. Tough, committed hooker in Ennis- see above for Gallen, Ennis was in the same mould. Valentine Holmes was a big threat on the edge. Master ball-playing lock in Wade Graham at his peak. That's just for starters, they had great players all over the field.
Madge mightn't be the answer, but I'm not convinced Flanagan is either. He will have zero at WT that he had at Cronulla: no class players, no tough players, no fast players, no good defensive players, no players with a win-at-all-costs attitude, no players with skill, no heart, no hunger, no pride of performance and last but not least: no performance enhancing drug program.
If I was Madge I would take the hole team on a week long army camp make them all shave there heads and just go ballistic with it even send them out to work like actual people so they get a sense of how lucky they are to have the jobs they haveMade me angry pre-game too mate when I stumbled across it on Facebaook.. but it got 582 likes don't have insta or twitter but I would assume similar story ..must be a generational thing..
You'd really have to have massive tickets on yourself to carry on like some of these grown men. Throw those clowns out the door and get real men to take the place of these glorified schoolgirls. Blokes that'd rather look bad and win than these posers who are happy to think they look pretty but lose. Posers need to be booted up the arse out of the club.Unfortunately that's the bit where someone like me (42 years old) completely does not understand people in their 20s who grew up on social media.
I totally don't get it, but I also don't understand why anyone cares about tiktok or twitter opinions or "influencers".
I take it you’ve been to a building site. When something gets demolished there’s always temporary accomodation, hence the demountable’s. I’m probably missing something because I didn’t realise the responsibility of building a squad and football culture falls on a CEO, if that’s the case why have General managers of Football roles? All spin. We’re in demountables, have the worst squad who don’t put in. We are as average as we ever have been. He’s had six plus years to build a culture.
You think he promised six years of hopelessness when they hired him? The bloke sells misery to his customers 😛I take it you’ve been to a building site. Totally agree they have ultimate responsibility to oversee but we then get into prioritising football nous over financial and administration. Although both would be nice I doubt it’s common .
Based on a looong history they read the opposition team sheet, assume this will be easy cause X, Y, Z players are out and play accordingly . Time and time again this has happened with this club ..Sunday was just another painful exampleTigers cha cha cha
That's why

I don’t have social media so I only see what is posted on this forum but to me social media is such rubbish just makes people worry about there image and causes people to focus on things that really don’t matter if I was coach I would strongly urge my players to get rid of it
They are all buds these days. Look below, they don’t care. It’s all one big joke.Mate I've been thinking of this photo and seething all morning about it.

Grown men posting photos of themselves dressed like teenyboppers is beyond embarrassing. No wonder so many people are dropping away from supporting the game. It's turning to poncified garbage.
The whole off season?Lack of preparation? WTF have they been doing for the last week?
Watch nearly any bloke score a try nowadays, first thing he's worried about is getting his hair just right for the cameras.
