Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Please, give him a break Gildart has been one of our better players, only played a handful of games in Australia, still getting used to the speed and contact of the NRL.
In my opinion he has outplayed most of our other players who have been playing in the NRL for years.
He is no our issue at all.

He is actually a threat out wide. We have a spine that would be decent in reserve grade. To me he looks like a good signing.

and woods wanted to come back. hes prob give a discount too

If he had lost the dressing room players wouldn't be coming out in the media and singing his praises. The results would have seen huge score lines against us and players like Stefano would not have resigned with the Tigers.
I dont think Madge has lost the sheds. Our roster plain and simply sucks. At 100% strength, our roster is so sub par and we just need to sign better players or be better at convincing better players to sign. Easier said than done, but it's the reality of running a club in the NRL. Our plan A can't possibly be to wait for juniors to develop.

Nanai has re-signed with the Cowboys for one year. So will be available to have another go at him next season.
Maybe we should have a shot at Griffin Neame. Is under contract till end of 2023 but looks a unit. Is also a Junior Kiwi not sure if Maguire has a connection. Cowboys cant keep them all and add Luc.

Does anyone have an update on what Jordan Hill is up to? I haven't seen him playing anywhere - not sure if he is injured

I’m pretty confident that at 100% fit we would have won the last 2 games, but with a couple of key outs or lack of quality gets shown pretty quick.

I think we are 2-3 signings away from have a pretty good side from next season.

Just had a look on Zero Tackle to see who's off contract for next year. Not very much to choose from at all.
Farnworth would be the priority target you'd hope. Hamlin-Uale would be a decent bench prop. Taylen May looks to have a bit of talent, he won't leave the Inbreds though. We are stuck with what we've got for another year unless something drastic happens.

Hasnt lost the shed.

Certainly Hasnt lost the respect or support of some of the better media personalities and figures in the know.

Madge is being backed as the only one with the kahoonas to stay on task and see the rebuild through.

Slim pickings out there...

If we pick Nickora and Pele thats a hoon crop coming in 2023.

I’m concerned those blowout score lines are coming over the next few weeks 😂
We'll still be able to eat good food, drink clean water and not get blown up.
We are pretty lucky to live in this great country and watch some footy in our spare time.
The Tigers losing is not life and death. Be happy dont worry, doo doo doo da doodly doo yeh, be happy don't worry.

We need a Ricky Stuart moment where coach writes up the players on the board that he doesn’t want around next year and those players be free to find another home.
