Rules for some

Didn't make an iota of difference to the winning or losing of the game, but why was Brooks to Leilua called forward yet the first Katoa try (1-2 metres forward) and the Kennedy try (at least 3 metres forward and he even still had to lunge forward to grab it) allowed? Shits me that refs see what they want to see. The sooner some sort of technology is brought into our game to judge on these the better IMO. The 10-metre interval markers are more than enough obvious indicators of forward passes but it is ignored game after game. We are a useless enough team as it is, to get effed over by pathetic, biased officiating is so bloody annoying.

I think it was last week and the week before I thought we had pretty bad calls against us, this week I clocked off mentally because I knew we’d lose unfortunately.
And I think that's the problem, shit clubs just cop it and it's a given.
Would love someone to come out and point out specific examples, like those 3 today, and ask the NRL why is this happening?

I guess one big thing this year is the suspensions for me.

Hastings has been out for 3 games, 2 if he didn’t challenge it.

But then you had Dom Young, Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and Lindsay Collins do the same crap, if not worse and not copping any fines? Could probably name alot more on that list

Yep, those too.
I just hate how the rules are just enforced or disregarded at will.
We need some sort of forward pass technology implemented, if not that at the very least the bunker should be able to use the 10-metre markings as a guide, those 2 Sharks tries today were glaring. The lines do not lie, if it looks forward it is forward. You can't pass on the line and some bloke catches it 3 metres away but is 4 metres in front of the line FFS.

There were 2 really bad calls in the lead up to their first try. On the 4th tackle Moylan knocks the ball on hits a tigers player and he regathers . Tigers players look to ref and complain - play on the call. The next tackle Hynes kicks high, Mulitalo follows through and is impeded by Offa but Toa drops the ball. Mulitalo continues through and tackles Toa without the ball taking him out of the play. Nikora picks it up and scores under the post. The try should have been disallowed for interference on Toa preventing him from tackling Nikora. Sharks should have been awarded a penalty for Offa blocking.

Sharks are a classy team.

Never really liked them but adding Nicho has really made them marketable and likeable.

Why didn't we think to do such a thing ?
Sharks will get found out against the good teams once the pressure is on IMO. Theyve got a lot of players like ours, just cruise when they can get away with it. Semi-finals is a different story.
What a distant memory semi-finals footy is for us all😳

Can’t agree in this case. Brooks passed the ball forwards at the line to a player in front of him. The Sharks passes were passing at speed it gives the impression they were forward.

There is a physical line on the ground.
Pass on that line and someone catches it 3-4 metres in front of that line it's forward. Pretty self explanatory.

We are embarrassing enough
We can barely score a try
How would it look to be bring up a few forward pass issues in the media when we have problems 100 fold
