I'll honestly never forget my first interaction with Geo - in more ways than one.
Came from my first forum fight, in which I resorted to calling two persons illiterate drama queens. It proceeded for a further hour or so after and whilst you and Willow tried very hard to diffuse it (by continuously giving warnings, which were obviously ignored), Geo managed to bring it to a halt with one post.
Not sure what he said to the other participants but he and happy calmed me down with their shared advice.
"If you can't handle histrionics then this place isn't for you"
 
I was at Geoff's funeral today as well. It was a great send off for a highly respected and loved man. It was really nice to meet a couple of forum members there as well. God bless you all. Love to get a win in his honour this weekend.

That was Geoff for you, could bring an end to any dramas on here with a couple of words, it is something I relayed to his family today and it will be greatly missed.
 
I had a pie today in his memory & it was a great pie.
It is wonderful that so many people have such great memories of him & hold him in such high esteem.
I hope this forum will always remember his humour, wisdom & fairness, if we do this forum will remain a great place to discuss for many years.

Cochise said the club was working on a memorial type game and they were doing graphics or something.
Cochise always checks in so he may give an update.
If nothing comes forth I'll call the WT guy who I was talking to and see if he knows what's happening.

The club is doing a tribute on the Big Screen at the game next week, they have been sent some picture of Geoff from his family and are going to display that on the screen at the ground. Some of Geoff's family will be in attendance at the game and I will reach out to the club early next week to find out the exact plan of what they are doing.
