NRL admits bunker mistake

Not sure mate but keen to know.
My understanding is the NRL are very concerned otherwise they would of handed over already.
I think they know they have a problem and as Lee's first preference was to sort out direct with NRL I think it won't go to court but will get sorted in house with the decision reversed.
They will just have to manage this carefully so it happens but doesn't look too bad on the NRL as well.. IMO stuff the NRL and we need to make a statement and prove this shit goes on and needs to stop.
Needs to happen in the next 4 weeks before finals

They will wait to see how the next couple of weeks play out. If the Cowboys secure 2nd spot regardless they will reverse the decision. If not they will try and wait for it to go away.

A few people have indicated now the bunker told the ref to stall the end of game but not sure where the info is coming from

by Amnesley that when the 'soft'
whistle was blown, and the cowboys were going off that
Klein interjected and got in
Butler's ear to say that the cows
had a challenge remaining,
after which, Townsland called
for the challenge after full time

When the NRL Bunker have unashamedly and consistently been making these wrong decisions weekly, I think it is very befitting to know that the word Bunker is very similar to the word Bunko,
But in fact the meaning of the word Bunko would exactly have the same meaning when applied to the NRL Bunker as we know it to be.

1. a swindle in which a person is cheated at gambling , persuaded to buy a nonexistant, unsalable, or worthless object, or otherwise victimize

I believe that there is no doubt whatsoever that the bunker is intentionally being used to bend the rules and to alter and achieve their desired corrupt results of games.

Annesley and his colleague V'landys has caused enormous damage to the reputation of this game, therefore they must be deposed from their positions sooner rather than later.

Annesley said that the bunker confirmed they had a challenge remaining because he had heard them asking to challenge. This is different to what I have heard since which is bunker telling the ref to hold up play so they can have a look.

I had never heard 1 whistle blown before fulltime then the Ft whistle in all the 60 years of following football. Yet in the this weeks games after the Robbery i'll swear i have heard it at least half a dozen times. I wouldn't mind betting the refs have been instructed to push this load of crap.

asks them if they want challenge

Inconclusive, whistle is blown

than asks what they want to have

You can hear Townsend asking for the challenge multiple times in that vision. According to Annesley it’s common practice for the referee coach or bunker to let them know if they have challenges remaining. That’s what he has said he was doing after Townsend asks for the challenge.

The other version I have heard is that the bunker was saying ‘wait’ or ‘stall’ when the ref was about to blow full time.

I’m interested to hear the audio and as I’ve said previously if the NRL just released it it would put the whole thing to bed.

The nrl are dragging their feet as they’re probably dubbing over the original tapes by paid voiceover pros
 
A week has now past and that is a long time in the NRL. They will continue to buy time and hope the whole thing fades away. I also would imagine if there is anything crooked in the audio and transcript that the NRL will broker a deal with the Tigers that will be on the quite and definitely will not be two points.

Maybe they could do a deal never to have Klein, Sutton x 2 or Cummins ever ref them again
