Appointment of Scott Fulton to Wests Tigers

Mario Tartak is Benji's manager...

And Benji is one of his main clients / helped put Tartak on the map.

Tartak is very close with Fulton.

I.e. there is absolutely no way Benji was "in the dark" about all this. He would have known everything.
So what’s happening now? Are we seeing Benji being “ready” for the head coach job?
Is Sheens getting sacked again?
It was only a few weeks ago he was known as “the great man”.

Wonder if things don't work out with benji as coach, the Scott Fulton appointment might be a good contact for des hasler as future coach???
Ps: just thinking out loud, you never know, sorry I've upset anyone, bwahahahaaaaaaaa hahahaaaaaaaaaaa
I like Des and would love to see him involved in the NRL again some time soon, especially liked the way he came out and took control and some responsibility for the rainbow jersey drama when Scott Penn and the management at Manly did nothing and took no responsibility over the disaster they created.

Maybe I'm wrong because I don't know what went on behind the scenes but I believe that Des bleeds for Manly and for those pea hearts to show him the door to bring in Seibold is just not right.

Having said all that I don't think Des would go too well here and I was hoping that the days of trashed salary caps were well and truly behind us.

The club's football department is now full of people that have had past associations with the Tigers. This is a good thing up to a point. However, bringing someone in from a different system who can offer an independent perspective surely has some benefit.

I think the Tigers are now probably two or three key signings away from having a very competitive team. Scott Fulton may be the man can seal the deal on some important signing targets.
Two or three signings would be great but until the head office and especially Lee sort there crap out this team won't go anywhere.

So sick of Lee to be honest. Someone talks crap about this team and he has a interview blaming the media, other clubs etc but won't look inwards.

The sooner he goes the better for me. I don't want to even know who the chairman is to be honest. If he/she works in the background all the better. Results will improve as well

I guarantee Lee or Pascoe or both has cost us at least one signature if not more.

Des is a character and we need more of em in life and league.

Nah the Fulton's were the ones to force des out, it's one of the reasons him coming to us is so random

Manly got rid of des for the Fulton's but got rid of them less than half a year later, got rid of foran for schuster and now it look like they are showing him the door, they are making us look like a well run club

When Hagipantelis says the board instructed him to go sign Scott Fulton, was it conditional on being a clandestine operation, with only a select few listed as “need to no” basically because it was an additional position and not an extraction..😂
It’s almost like the surprise you get when you reject a job offer and receive a bunch of flowers.
Hey Tim, got you a gift buddy..yeh an extra staff member. 😜🤣🤣🤣🤣
These guys are a crack up 🤪🤪

That cracks me up. 🤣
We’ve seen this MO play out before. Sheens gets hired as an addition to the Football Dept. and his first job is to sack the coach, why? Because basically Hagipantelis said that the board wanted to be “honest”
I suspect it is how it looks. What I don’t understand though, is how the board can logically expect players to put their bodies on the line for a club which continues to disrespect and undermine the Football Dept.?

I have to admit it's a bit of a mess.

On one hand, Sheens destroyed last season and was likely 0-6 or 0-7 when this was happening. Given this he's probably in no position to make any demands to be informed of this.

On the other hand, Lee keeps saying he and Pascoe have no involvement in the football department and that is left to Sheens. This proves that this is not true.
