Just some thoughts, moving forward


- Seyfarth should be extended and played as lock. He could be our own Yeo. Has a lot to offer and 13 is his position.

- I know Laurie has had some wraps the past few weeks. However, I don't like his attitude or body language and he will not he missed... especially once you see the likes of Bud & Latu.

- our centres are and have been a problem for too long. I guess these two today aren't and will never be first choice options, which at the moment is problem Toa and Naden, but I'd like to see strengthening this position prioritised.

- I think we've got 3 out of 4 of our bench sorted for 2024 if we make the re-signigs. Being Blore, Pole and Twal.. perhaps Samuela as the final option.

- I'd like to see Batemans pre season managed correctly. He needs to train with the club and get immersed within the team, as I think he's important and we will need him firing in 2024.

- I'd also like to see the team take lead from Bateman and have each other's backs. When something kicks off, they need to stick up for each other. Too often, I see this doesn't happen... we're a team and we need to act as such.

- moving on Brooks and talau are good moves, however there is other frauds in the top 30 that should should also be shown the door to free up space for new signings.

Interesting using body language as a reason not to like someone but you love AD?

Get your hate for Laurie but without him we aren’t even close the last few weeks. Re body language he has nothing on AD, Toa and a few others. Laurie is busy and is having a dig - he could’ve packed it in and take the easy way out but hasn’t, yet you still put the boot in. He isn’t a turnstile in defence and our main player in attack. Give him some credit for having a crack & build a bridge on the hate. Be fair for a change….

Like seriously, Matamua 4th tackle 25mtrs out and pulls the legs. He has shown nothing in his runs in 1sts outside of costing us.

He lost us 2 games last year and nearly lost us this one with another dumb penalty. No wonder he can't get a run in 1st grade.
